Home Boarding

This service provides an excellent alternative to boarding kennels and is ideal for weary, old or timid dogs who find it hard to settle in kennels. Needless to say this service is also available for small animals, especially caged pets.

Why shouldn't your pet enjoy his holiday just as much as you enjoy yours? During their home boarding holiday your pet will stay indoors with my family providing them with that home from home feeling. He will get lots of love, attention, games and exercise, and there are no kennels or cages so your dog can enjoy sleeping in cosy beds or on soft sofas in front of the TV, and enjoy long walks.

At Poppins we aim to take the stress out of holidaying for you and your dog. I carefully assess your pet’s specific needs and for your peace of mind I suggest a visit to my home so we can meet and you can see where your pet will be staying. We can go for some walks together and you can leave him for a short stay before your holiday so that you can make sure he will feel totally at home and happy in his new environment. And while you’re away I can text you regularly to keep you up to date with how your pet is doing allowing you to relax and not worry.
