Poppins’ Cat Sitting Service is a great alternative to catteries.

Cats are creatures of habit and although independent are territorial animals and don’t adjust well to unfamiliar surroundings or having their movements restricted. If they are removed from their territory and their human companions, cats can suffer significant ‘separation anxiety’ signs of which can include loss of appetite, spraying, scratching, hiding and excessive meowing. Using our cat sitting service means your cat can remain in their own home and follow their normal routine while you’re away.

The care of your cats can also be combined with the care of any other animals – and your home.

During our visit we will provide fresh food and water, make a fuss of your cats, empty and clean litter trays, clean bowls, groom your cats, administer medication, bring in post, adjust lights, water plants, empty bins and anything else you need us to do.
